Web & IT Solutions Specialist (Admin)

About the role
At Brand Clamp Inc., we build digital experiences that deliver real results. We’re looking for a proactive Web & IT Solutions Specialist (Admin) to manage hosting, domains, and internal tooling in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.
What you’ll do
- Manage hosting servers, domains, cPanel, and control panels
- Develop, maintain, and optimize websites using WordPress, Laravel, HTML, and modern tools
- Administer and improve billing/client apps (e.g., WHMCS)
- Support UX/UI improvements across sites and funnels
- Use AI tools to speed up troubleshooting and workflows
- Troubleshoot and resolve software and website issues
- Support visibility through SEO, Facebook Business Manager, and Ads Manager
- Collaborate with designers, developers, and marketers to ship solutions
- Stay current on web, IT, and digital marketing trends
What we’re looking for
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or relevant field (or equivalent experience)
- 1–3 years experience in web administration, hosting, or IT support
- Hands-on with WordPress, Laravel, WHMCS, and cPanel
- Solid understanding of SEO fundamentals and visibility tools
- Working knowledge of coding/programming (PHP, HTML, JavaScript; Python/C++ a plus)
- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- Portfolio/examples of previous projects (preferred)
- Professional reliability: honesty, punctuality, clear communication
- Comfortable sharing screen while working (when needed)
