What you’ll do
- Research and collect leads from online sources
- Maintain lead data in Google Sheets and CRM tools
- Verify and update contact information
- Support outreach follow-ups and scheduling
- Use AI tools/automation to improve efficiency
- Prepare reports and summaries on outreach and lead quality
What we’re looking for
- Strong English communication (written + verbal)
- Experience in data entry, lead collection, or admin support
- Proficiency with Google Sheets/Excel and basic CRM tools
- Detail-oriented with strong organization and research skills
- Comfortable working independently and meeting deadlines
- Familiarity with AI tools and automation (preferred)
